Which court serves you
Family cases for the London Borough of Haringey are principally heard at Barnet Civil and Family Courts Centre, St Mary's Court, Regents Park Road, Finchley Central, London N3 1BQ. The former North London Family Court has closed, and published care-proceedings judgments for Haringey — e.g. London Borough of Haringey v A & Ors [2023] EWFC 301 (B) — record hearings sitting at Barnet. Some matters are listed instead at Edmonton County Court and Family Court (59 Fore Street, Edmonton N18 2TN), so always follow the court named on your most recent notice of hearing. HMCTS National Contact Centre (Civil & Family): 0300 123 5577 (Mon–Fri 8.30am–5pm). See our Barnet Civil and Family Court guide and Edmonton County Court and Family Court guide.
