Bognor Regis has no family court of its own (the local magistrates' court does not take family work). Family cases for the Bognor area are heard at:
- Worthing County Court and Family Court, Christchurch Road, Worthing BN11 1JD — the nearest family-county venue (responsive for the whole Arun/West Sussex coastal area)
- Brighton County Court and Family Court, William Street, Brighton BN2 0RF — used for some Sussex family listings and complex matters (see our Brighton court guide)
