Which court serves you
The London Borough of Bexley has no family court of its own. Family cases involving Bexley families are generally dealt with at Bromley County Court and Family Court, Court House, College Road, Bromley BR1 3PX — a family hearing centre covering south-east London, confirmed on gov.uk's Find a Court or Tribunal (https://www.find-court-tribunal.service.gov.uk/courts/bromley-county-court-and-family-court). Enquiries: 0300 123 5577; divorce: 0300 303 0642; family public law (children in care): 0330 808 4424. Some cases — particularly more complex or contested matters — are listed at Central Family Court, First Avenue House, 42–49 High Holborn, WC1V 6NP; always check your hearing notice or use https://www.find-court-tribunal.service.gov.uk to confirm the venue for your case — see our Central Family Court guide. (Note: the former South East London Family Court has closed and its business transferred to neighbouring courts.)
