What's free (no fee)
- FL401 (non-molestation / occupation orders) — free because of the abuse connection
- EX160 (fee remission application) — free
- Public law children cases (care proceedings) — no fee for parents
- SGO applications — no fee for special guardianship orders
Help with fees
- Apply using EX160 before or at the same time as the fee
- You'll need: income details, benefits information, savings information
